There is a cocktail unique to Canada known as the Caesar. It is a glorious mix of vodka (traditionally), Clamato, Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper served over ice in a glass rimmed with celery salt. The original garnish seems to be a celery stalk and wedge of lime, though now the garnishes are often pickled beans or some other mix of pickled things.
This drink seems to be enjoying growing popularity, especially in the large number of breakfast/brunch restaurants in my city. The variations on the drink are also unique to many establishments or to consumers. I prefer a gin Caesar. My friend R says the best Caesar she's ever had was made with Tequila. I like horseradish in mine and enough Worcestershire Sauce to tone down the prawn cocktail sweetness of the Clamato.
What is Clamato you ask? Clamato is a brand name of a tomato juice that is mixed with clam broth. I'm aware of how gross this sounds. On the website, the brand calls the Caesar a "tomato clam cocktail" which is gag reflex inducing. But the cocktail is delicious.
You can visit the Clamato website or Wikipedia for a history of this drink.
